How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on every order. No minimum purchase and no hidden handling fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–10 business days depending on your location.
Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days in total. Delivery can take a little longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pup's back length (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), chest (the widest part, just behind the front legs) and neck. Then compare with the size chart on each product page.
If your little one is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Of course. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as you received them
- In their original packaging

How do I wash my pet's clothes?
We recommend a gentle cold wash (hand wash or delicate cycle) with mild detergent, then laying flat to dry. Please avoid bleach and tumble drying to keep every piece soft and cozy for longer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our store is protected with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers. We never store your full card details.
